En casa siempre que preparo tacos de pescado lo hago con pescado empanizado, en esta ocasión no tenia el pan molido a la mano as que decidí aventurarme y solo marinar el pescado con un poco de ajo, cebolla, perejil, sal y aceite de oliva y prepararlo a la parrilla, les puedo decir que quedo delicioso y desde ahora esta sera otra opción a la hora de preparar estos delicioso tacos.
Rinde 4 porciones
Ingredientes
- 4 filetes de tilapia
- 12 tortillas de maíz
- 1 cdta de perejil seco
- 2 cdas de aceite de oliva
- 1 ajo
- 1 rodaja de cebolla
- sal
- 1 tomate cortado en cúbitos
- 4 rábanos cortados en cúbitos
- 4 cebollitas verdes cortadas finamente
- Salsa de cilantro al gusto (Receta aquí)
- Limón
Preparación
- En una bolsa zip-lock agrga el ajo y cebolla finamente picados también el aceite de oliva, sal y perejil, mezcla bien y agrega la tilapia, cierra la bolsa y dejala marinar por 30 minutos.
- Calienta la parrilla a temperatura medio alto, coloca la tilapia, cocina por 4 minutos de cada lado o hasta que se mire de color doradito, una vez este lista retira de la parrilla y reserva.
- En una tazón mezcla el tomate, cebollitas verdes, rábanos sal y un poco de limón, mezcla bien y reserva.
- Calienta las tortillas, le agregas uno trocitos de pescado, un poco de salsa de tomate y rábano y terminas por agregar la salsa o aderezo de cilantro.
